How do I add the assistant to my website?
Create a widget in the dashboard, add your website's domain and paste one line of code into your site. It works on any website where you can add a script.
Does the AI make up prices?
No. Prices are calculated from your offer and price list. The assistant only asks the customer for the details it needs.
What counts as an AI reply?
Each AI-generated assistant message uses one reply from your plan, including messages in the test chat. Purchased replies never expire. Additional purchases depend on payment availability.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Your company data is private by default and is used to answer your customers. It is not used to train AI models without your consent.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan in the dashboard. Cancelling stops renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Which languages does the assistant speak?
The assistant replies in your customer's language. The dashboard is available in Polish and English.
